Tuesday 4th July 2017, District Sports Field Events:
Wentworth took a team of 6 athletes to Melboune Sports and Athletics Centre on Tuesday 4th July.
One girl and one boy took part in the Long Jump, High Jump and Throwing events.
Every pupil performed their best and they got very good results.
Long Jump – 1st and 3rd Place
High Jump – two x 4th Place
Throwing – two x 2nd Place
Thursday 6th July 2017, District Sports Track Events:
Wentworth took a team of 18 athletes to Melboune Sports and Athletics Centre on Thursday 6th July.
One girl and one boy took part in a Sprint for each year, a long distance race for one girl and one boy in year 6 and then 4 girls and 4 boys from year 5/6 took part in the Relay Race.
