📚✨ World Book Day Fun! ✨📚
Last week we celebrated World Book Day and were once again blown away by the amazing costumes the children came dressed in. From DJs to Portraits and Sharks to Bananas, the creativity on display was incredible – it was so lovely to see both children and staff getting involved and making such a fantastic effort. We even welcomed a new pupil for the day, which certainly raised a few smiles! 👀📖
Lunchtime was just as exciting! Our wonderful kitchen team served over 300 school dinners from our special Very Hungry Caterpillar Book Day menu 🐛🍎🍰 which was a huge hit with the children. Children with packed lunches enjoyed their own “Tiger Who Came to Tea” picnic 🐯 - so nobody missed out on the celebrations.
And the fun didn’t stop there – the playground was full of book-themed games for everyone to enjoy.
A huge well done to everyone who took part and helped make the day so memorable. We absolutely love seeing the school come together to celebrate the joy of reading! ❤️📚
