Friday 7th October

On Friday 7th October Wentworth entered a year 3/4 tag rugby team and a year 5/6 tag rugby team to the local Tournament held at Drapers Farm. As usual the event was very well organised and everyone involved had a great time. Both of the Wentworth Teams had great attitudes and were always striving to do their best even if the results were not what they were hoping for.

I am very proud to say the year 3 and 4 team won the trophy for the ‘Most Respect’. The year 5 and 6 team won a trophy for ‘Team Work’! These are 2 characteristics every sports team should have and for Wentworth to be identified being the most respectful and having best team work at the tournament is a great achievement. We strive to continue to instil these principles into every pupil and every team throughout the school.

WELL DONE!!
