EYFS - Farmer visit

Dusting explained to the children the crops he grows such as wheat and barley are in the foods we eat. The children really enjoyed asking lots of questions about the machines he uses such as the tractors, combines and ploughs. They were also very surprised to learn that farmers work into the night during harvest time to cut the wheat. Dustin brought in his tractor and the children took it in turns sitting inside. They were all very excited and was so pleased they got to experience this. Thank you to Dustin for coming in and talking to the children about farming.
