​Rain did not stop play for Wentworth's pancake day fun. Instead of races we all took part in a 'How many times can you flip a pancake in minute?' challenge instead. Great fun was had by all involved!

This year’s World Book Day art challenge was to use recycled materials to create one of their favourite book characters.

Maldon Town Council participated in the Queen’s Green Canopy tree planting project to celebrate Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee by planting 7 trees within the Town boundary and invited Wentworth Primary School to attend.

​"Walk and Talk has been a great success today and it has been lovely to watch the children take the time to walk and talk with their friends and get to know new people. When Year 3 were asked if they'd like to do it again they were all so enthusiastic and they loved sharing what they had learnt about their partner."

​We have been learning all about Chinese New Year in EYFS. The children worked together to make a giant dancing dragon.
